Services & Orders

Quotes & Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing is confirmed upon booking.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure event bookings. 25% of deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Final Payment: Payment in full is due 7 days before the event, unless prior arrangements are made.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event may be subject to fees or forfeiture of deposit.
Food & Allergies

Nourish Catering takes care in food preparation and labeling; however, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free of allergens. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.

Clients must provide Nourish with any dietary restrictions or allergy concerns at the time of booking.
Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including time, location, guest count, and facility access.

Any changes to event details must be communicated promptly and may result in additional charges.
Liability & Indemnity

Nourish Catering will not be held liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the consumption of food, misuse of services, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Nourish Catering harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their event.
Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Nourish Catering and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Privacy

Governing Law
